This course is meticulously crafted to update you on the latest technologies, review current concepts and train your eye to see nuances, followed by enhanced hand skills. Techniques to create morphologically precise, direct anterior and posterior composite restorations that are undetectable by your patients will be demonstrated. You will develop artistic capabilities by training your eyes to see the different dimensions of color, when evaluating an anterior tooth.
You will then learn which opacities and thickness to use in each area to be reconstructed and make a fracture line disappear. You will learn when and how to use pink composite to mimic gingiva. Step by step finishing and polishing technique will be shown that predictably will mimic the contralateral tooth’s facial anatomy and reflective surfaces. You will restore both a class IV and build a direct composite veneer and create a morphologically precise undetectable restoration.
This course will utilize an easy, fast and practical placement technique with a bulk fill posterior composite. This procedure is based on proven adhesives, advanced composite materials and new technologies. The cases presented have been published in national peer reviewed journals. There is something for everyone to learn in this presentation.
Learning objectives:
· Train your eyes to see color, line angles, reflective surface, shape, and form in the adjacent tooth that is being replicated
· Learn how to achieve a predictable composite restoration following the stratification of opacities and achieve undetectable restorations
· Learn how to layer the different opacities of composite, opaquing, tinting, finishing and surface texture to create natural light reflection and make a fracture line disappear
· Review current composite materials, bonding systems, c factors, and techniques necessary to achieve predictable outcomes, while minimizing post operatory sensitivity
· Master the techniques of posterior composite placement with bulk fill technology and matching techniques

Well-fitting, long-lasting, beautiful indirect restorations require that the clinician perform at their best and make countless sound clinical decisions. Capturing a less than perfect impression, selecting the incorrect ceramic material, using improper cements, or not paying close attention to occlusion can all have devastating effects. This program will give an overview of the best practices in crown and bridge delivery. Proper impression techniques for both conventional and digital impressions will be covered. Emphasis will be placed on incorporating digital impression technology into practice for all forms of restorative dentistry from single units to multiple restorations. A review of modern ceramics and cements will be covered.
Learning objectives:
· Simple techniques to overcome the potential pitfalls of impression capturing.
· How to overcome the pain points encountered with either a conventional or digital impression.
· What ceramics to use in various clinical situations.
· What cementation protocols will extend the life expectancy of your restorations.
· How to identify potential problems with occlusion.
Dr Marc Geissberger has presented 450 lectures and hands-on workshops to colleagues in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru and Taiwan. He has co-authored and published numerous scientific papers and a textbook entitled Esthetic Dentistry in Clinical Practice for Wiley-Blackwell. Implant Retained Removables: The Least Stressful Replacement Option

When faced with edentulism, the options available to most patients are often limited to conventional dentures, which retain poorly, or implant-retained fixed prostheses.
These prostheses can be expensive, complicated, and stressful for the dentist. Implant-retained removable dentures are a great middle-ground option.
In this entertaining and highly-practical engaging presentation, Dr. Gupta simplifies the process, providing a step-by-step guide from the new patient consult to final seating.
Learning Objectives:
· Gain an overview of all long-span replacement options, understanding the benefits and limitations of each
· Discover the long-term benefits that implant-retained removable options uniquely create
· Attain a clear understanding of the details, steps, and supplies needed from start to finish
· Uncover marketing strategies for individuals frustrated with their ill-fitting dentures
Dr. Ankur Gupta graduated the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2004. In 2005, after completing a one-year General Practice Residency in Cleveland, Ohio, he and his partner Dr. Nisha Gupta started North Ridgeville Family Dentistry from scratch. In addition to founding North Ridgeville Family Dentistry, Dr. Gupta is a member of the American Dental Association, Greater Cleveland Dental Society, Ohio Dental Association, ADA Success Speaker Corp and an active board member and speaker for Catapult Education’s Speakers Bureau.
