Speaker Bio: Dr. Joseph A. Wineman is a retired Colonel from the U.S. Army Dental Corps with over 22 years of service. He holds a Master’s in Healthcare Management and is board certified in Comprehensive Dentistry. After retiring, he became the first dentist in Nevada licensed by credentials after practicing over 23 years, he recently sold his private practice.
Dr. Wineman has held leadership roles in the Southern Nevada Dental Society, Nevada Dental Association, and Nevada Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a member of the AGD’s Scientific Meeting Council and Program Chair for AGD2026. A Fellow of the International College of Dentists, he has given over 200 presentations during his 44-year career.
He enjoys swimming, working out, and drone piloting, and has three children and eight grandchildren.
