Harbor Dental Society and OCDS are inviting members to a free and timely Zoom webinar on The Paycheck Protection Flexibility Act, How it Changes Forgiveness of your PPP Loan, Cash flow strategies after PPP, and how to work with EIDL loans. On June 5th President Trump signed the Paycheck Protection Flexibility Act which makes major changes to the Paycheck Protection Program. This new law will significantly effect how forgiveness of any Paycheck Protection Program loan is calculated and will make it easier for dentists to obtain forgiveness of the loan amount if they follow the rules. Art Wiederman CPA and Megan Mortimer from the ADA will explain the provisions of the new law and discuss what dentists have to do in order to obtain maximum forgiveness of their PPP loans. Art and Megan will also discuss planning you need to do for cash flow after your PPP loans have been spent and how to work with EIDL loans if you have received them.
