Julia followed her parents’ footsteps into the legal field. She attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, receiving her Juris Doctor in 2014. Julia specializes in representing dental and medical professionals with employment law compliance and business law matters.
The new California employment laws, effective in 2024 will be covered and shall outline compliance from the perspective of the dental practice (or specialty practice) owner.
California prides itself on being the most employee-friendly state and this coming year is no exception. The prudent practitioner shall be educated on the content and application of these new laws as well as pitfalls to avoid.
Additionally, the lecture shall provide an overview of cyber security best practices from a HIPAA-compliance perspective.
