The ADA Leadership Academy, powered by Dale Carnegie is an exciting new member benefit Harbor Dental Society is proud to offer to Harbor members only. This exciting initiative aims to help you enhance your leadership, communications, dental team management skills—qualities that are increasingly vital in today’s technology-driven landscape, where personal and professional connections are essential for achieving success.
Currently, Harbor Dental Society has 13 volunteer board leaders who are benefiting from this exceptional on-demand subscription of How to Win Friends and Influence People.
By developing leadership skillsets and fostering stronger relationships through the ADA Leadership Program, you will be empowered to amplify your positive impact in all areas of work—whether it’s leading your team, connecting with patients, engaging with staff, or contributing to our local community and building ties with industry vendors.
Key Program Details:
- Comprehensive Training: Participants will receive up to 30 hours of training, which includes both online, instructor-led sessions and on-demand courses. Members will have one year from their enrollment date to complete all 16 courses.
- Recognition: Upon completion, members will receive certificates and web badges that can be displayed on personal websites, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Enrollment Period: November 6, 2025 -December 30, 2025 to utilize the training from whenever the first session is activated with one year to finish the program.
