Dentistry is a high-performance profession — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yet many dentists unknowingly sacrifice their own health while caring for others.

This educational seminar explores the key drivers of longevity, energy, and resilience for dentists, offering practical, evidence-based strategies to help clinicians reduce burnout, protect their bodies, and sustain performance over a long career.

Objectives:

  • Why dentistry places unique physical and neurological demands on the body
  • The biggest health risks dentists face — and how to mitigate them early
  • How muscle, sleep, and stress management directly impact career longevity
  • Simple strategies to improve energy, focus, and recovery during long clinical days
  • Practical habits that support long-term health without disrupting a busy practice

I. Longevity & the Dentist Body | Protecting posture, joints, hands, and spine over decades of practice

II. Muscle, Movement & Injury Prevention | Why strength is critical for pain prevention and long-term independence

III. Sleep, Energy & Cognitive Performance | Improving focus, reaction time, and emotional regulation in the operatory

IV. Stress, Burnout & Nervous System Health | Tools to manage chronic stress and prevent emotional exhaustion

V. Nutrition for Sustained Energy & Metabolic Health | Supporting focus, inflammation control, and long-term vitality

VI. Designing a Sustainable Career | Aligning health, performance, and professional longevity
