ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS:

Justin Morgan is a partner of the law firm, Wood & Morgan. His firm specializes in supporting private practice dentists with their legal and business needs. Justin has practiced law as a commercial and bankruptcy litigator for five years, managed Bank of America’s dental acquisition healthcare lending team in LA for two years and has worked as a business and legal advisor to healthcare professionals for the last three years.

Peter Chong, Vice President for Huntington Practice Finance, has been helping dentists start, acquire, and grow their practices for the past 15 years.  Having had the experience of working in practice transitions prior to becoming a practice finance lender, he has had the rare opportunity to oversee the buying/selling process from different perspectives.  Peter is passionate about educating and helping first time practice owners not only as a lender, but as a trusted advisor and advocate for his clients.
